- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
- No connection logs: We do not log your IP address, browsing activity, DNS queries, or traffic content.
2. No-Logs Policy
Japan VPN operates under a strict no-logs policy. We do not collect, store, or share:
- Your real IP address while connected
- Websites or services you access
- Connection timestamps or duration
- Bandwidth usage per user
- DNS queries
3. How We Use Your Information
- Email address: To deliver your VPN configuration file and account-related communications only.
- Payment data: Stripe handles all payment processing. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
4. Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your subscription is active.
- Upon account deletion request, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
5. Third-Party Services
- Stripe: Payment processing (Privacy Policy)
- WireGuard: Open-source VPN protocol. No data is transmitted to WireGuard developers.
6. Your Rights

- Access the personal data we hold about you
