Terms of Service – Japan VPN

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Japan VPN, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Japan VPN provides a WireGuard-based VPN service that routes your internet traffic through a Japanese IP address, enabling access to Japanese geo-restricted content.

Device & Connection Limit
Each subscription is licensed for use by a single user on one (1) simultaneous connection. You may install your configuration file on multiple personal devices, but only one device may be connected at the same time. Each subscription plan includes one (1) WireGuard configuration (device slot).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Japan VPN only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include:

Any illegal activity under Japanese or international law
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or abuse the VPN infrastructure
Reselling or sharing your VPN credentials, configuration files, or QR codes with others
Connecting more than one device simultaneously under a single subscription
Circumventing the per-subscription device limits through any technical means

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly, 6-month, or yearly)
All payments are processed by Stripe
Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if the service is not functioning. Contact support@japanvpn.net.

How to cancel your subscription

Log in to your account at japanvpn.net/my-account/
Click “Manage Subscription” to access the Stripe Customer Portal
Select “Cancel subscription”
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Alternatively, contact support@japanvpn.net and we will cancel on your behalf.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced when possible.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

7. Disclaimer

Japan VPN is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for:

Content accessed through our service
Service interruptions beyond our control
Changes to geo-restriction policies by third-party platforms

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
